Masala Lobiya Healthy Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1-1t2 cup lobiya
  • 2 green chilly
  • 2-3 tomato
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp chilly powder
  • 1/4 tsp garsm masala powder
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/4 tsp asofetidia
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt ya according to taste
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  • 1 lemon ya amchoor powder
  • 1 pinch turmeric powder ( optinal)
  • 2-3 curry leaves

Directions

Lobiya ko 3 -4 hours je liye soak kar de.

Cooker me jarooratanusat water add karke boil kar le 1-2 whistle ( seeti ) aane tak.

Kadhai me oil garam kare aur hing , jeera daale.

Dry masale daale aur chopped tomatoes , chopped green chilly mix kare aur dhak jar paka le.

Lobiya ko water se alag karke masale me mix kare aur salt mix kare.
